NAMA JAWATAN:
SETIAUSAHA PEJABAT GRED N27 (KONTRAK)
Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada WARGANEGARA MALAYSIA yang berkelayakan bagi memohon jawatan berikut:-
1. SETIAUSAHA PEJABAT GRED N27 (KONTRAK)
SYARAT LANTIKAN:
a)i) Diploma Sains Kesetiausahaan daripada politeknik-politeknik tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan.
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred N27 : P1T1); atau
ii) Diploma Pengurusan dan Teknologi Pejabat daripada UiTM atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan.
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred N27 : P1T5); dan
b) kepujian Bahasa Malaysia/ Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan.
UMUR (PADA TARIKH TUTUP IKLAN):
Calon-calon lantikan terus hendaklah berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan.
CARA MEMOHON
i.Permohonan jawatan kosong ini hendaklah menggunakan Borang DBKL(P)-J/1 yang boleh dimuat turun (download) dari Portal Rasmi Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur dengan melayari http://www.dbkl.gov.my dan Portal Intranet Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur dengan melayari http://intranet.dbkl.gov.my.
ii.Pemohon-pemohon yang mempunyai Diploma dari Institut Pengajian Tinggi Swasta hendaklah menyemak di laman web http://www.interactive.jpa.gov.my.
iii.Borang permohonan yang telah lengkap diisi mestilah disertakan dengan salinan Kad Pengenalan, Sijil Kelahiran, Diploma dan Transkrip Akademik, Sijil-Sijil yang berkaitan, Sijil-Sijil Persekolahan yang telah disahkan dan sekeping gambar yang terbaru berukuran pasport.
Permohonan hendaklah sampai kepada:-

CATATAN:
i.Borang Permohonan yang tidak lengkap diisi akan ditolak.
ii.Permohonan yang lewat diterima tidak akan dilayan.
iii.Permohonan yang tidak disertakan dengan salinan diploma atau transkrip tidak akan dilayan.
iv.Permohonan yang menyertakan slip peperiksaan sahaja tanpa keperluan di perkara (iii) juga tidak akan dilayan.
v.Hanya calon-calon yang layak selepas ditapis sahaja akan dipanggil temuduga.
vi.Permohonan yang tidak menerima sebarang jawapan selepas 6 (enam) bulan dari tarikh tutup iklan hendaklah menganggap permohonan tuan/puan tidak berjaya.
