Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and monitor daily operation and administration of the department, in compliance with the company’s procedures and working instructions.
- To liaise with Maybank branches for dispute of transactions and incomplete documents.
- To liaise with authority and government agencies such as EPF, Trustee, Insolvency Department, PDRM, MACC and lawyers to clarify on related issues and policy matters.
- To verify the unit holders’ signatures and to authorise the redemption in theIntegrated Unit Trust System (IUTS).
- To confirm and verify the redemption or transfers of more than RM100,000 by calling the unit holders.
- To monitor and verify the statistical reports.
- To verify the beneficiaries claims on the insurance as well as the policies for AMB funds, transfers and transmission.
- To ensure the processes involved are complied with the unit trust guidelines of the Security Commission.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent from a recognised University.
- At least 3 years working experience in the Unit Trust Industry and knowledgeable on the Unit Trust products.
- Candidates with knowledge in IUTS application, holder of FIMM license and/or a member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia will have an added advantage.
- Good computer skills and detailed oriented.
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A driven person that can work independently and able to work under pressure.
