Job Title: Executive - Performance Management
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and communicate Performance Management (PM) schedule
- Coordinate PM activities as per plan / PM review cycle
- Compile and document departmental KRA/KPIs and coordinate with departmental heads to ensure department and individuals KRA/KPIs are defined
- Maintain PM database and ensure all relevant records/data are up to date
- Compile and analyze PM report and work with departmental heads to ensure PM guidelines are complied
- Perform continual process improvement under business excellence guidelines established by Company
- Ensure compliance to regulations, policies and company procedures
- Conduct market survey to benchmark salary and compensation / remuneration package for similar industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in (Human Resource Management)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English Language
